    Does the rack come with adjustable feet?

    Fixed feet are provided as standard. If the floor is slightly uneven, adjustable leveling feet (20–50 mm compensation range) can be selected as an option during customization.

    What is the maximum load capacity per shelf level?

    Load capacity depends on column cross-section dimensions, material thickness, and beam span. Under the standard 900 mm length configuration, each tier supports 50–80 kg under uniformly distributed load. It is recommended to provide unit item weight and total storage quantity during customization for manufacturer load calculation.

    Does the three-sided end structure obstruct forklift operation?

    This size specification is primarily designed for manual handling or small equipment operation. The end frames are positioned at the two ends of the rack, with no vertical columns on the front or sides, so operating space is not restricted by the end frame structure.

Precautions

    During installation, ensure all feet make solid contact with the floor and verify the rack's verticality with a spirit level to prevent structural deformation or localized overloading caused by uneven floors.

    When storing items, distribute the weight evenly across each beam level to avoid concentrated loads at the center of a single beam.

    Before relocating the rack, unload all items and lift the rack off the ground to prevent foot wear.

    If the coating becomes scratched or chipped, apply rust-preventive treatment promptly to prevent substrate oxidation and corrosion in humid environments.
