    What is the maximum load capacity per shelf level?

    Load capacity depends on column cross-section dimensions, material thickness, and beam span. Under the standard 1200 mm length configuration, each tier supports 100–150 kg under uniformly distributed load. It is recommended to provide unit item weight and total storage quantity during customization for manufacturer load calculation.

    Does the rack come with adjustable leveling feet?

    Fixed feet are provided as standard. If the floor is slightly uneven, adjustable leveling feet (20–50 mm compensation range) can be selected as an option during customization.

    Do the adjustable feet require maintenance after long-term use?

    If adjustable leveling feet are selected, it is recommended to inspect the foot threads and locking nuts every 6–12 months. If the rack is to be relocated, raise the feet off the ground before moving, and re-level after repositioning.

Precautions

    During installation, ensure all feet make solid contact with the floor and verify the rack's verticality with a spirit level to prevent structural deformation or localized overloading caused by uneven floors.

    When storing items, distribute the weight evenly across each beam level to avoid concentrated loads at the center of a single beam.

    Before relocating the rack, unload all items and lift the rack off the ground to prevent foot wear.

    If the coating becomes scratched or chipped, apply rust-preventive treatment promptly to prevent substrate oxidation and corrosion in humid environments.
