    What is the maximum load capacity per shelf level?

    Load capacity depends on column cross-section dimensions, material thickness, and beam span. Under the standard 1200 mm length configuration, each tier supports 60–100 kg under uniformly distributed load (excluding the weight of the wooden shelves themselves).

    Is the double-sided display rack suitable for placement in the center of an aisle?

    Yes. The double-sided design is optimized for central aisle placement in supermarket toiletry sections or store center areas, with both sides independently accessible without mutual interference.

    Can the height of the wooden shelves be adjusted?

    Yes. The wooden shelves are connected to the uprights via brackets. The bracket mounting holes are arranged at fixed intervals, allowing shelf height adjustment within a certain range.

Precautions

    During installation, ensure all feet make solid contact with the floor and verify the rack verticality with a spirit level to prevent structural deformation or localized overloading caused by uneven floors.

    Avoid prolonged contact with water or chemical solvents on wooden shelf surfaces. Clean with a dry cloth or slightly damp soft cloth.

    When storing items on both sides, distribute weight evenly across the shelves to avoid tilting caused by overloading on one side.

    Before relocating the rack, unload all items and lift the rack off the ground to prevent foot wear.
